This concentration prepares students for eventual careers teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL), the tourism/hospitality industry, translator services, international organizations, the Peace Corps, and non-profits/humanitarian organizations.
Students must take 18 credits, but no more than 6 credits can come from each area below. Special topics classes (across the disciplines listed for the minor) or other relevant classes approved by the International Studies adviser may also be counted.
Some courses must be taken as pairs or sequences and are designated as such.
