Mission
The academic programs of the department prepare students for employment or graduate study in accounting, finance, and economics. With its primary focus on teaching, the department provides outstanding instruction at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Educational programs promote the development of technical skills and an understanding of the social, political and economic forces shaping the global environment. Faculty members perform research and service consistent with the teaching emphasis of the department and the mission of the College of Business and Global Affairs.
Expected Outcomes
Upon completion of the Business Administration program, the learners shall be able to demonstrate the following:
- ethical decision-making in business
- analytical and critical thinking skills
- effective oral and written communication skills
- basic knowledge of business
