The Office of Regional Centers and Online Programs (RCOP) is dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, affordable educational opportunities for students from all backgrounds and perspectives across West Tennessee and beyond. Through strategically located Regional Centers, dual enrollment, and innovative online programs, we meet students where they are-geographically and academically-offering personalized support that values each student’s unique journey. Our mission is to remove barriers, foster a vibrant learning environment, and empower students to achieve their full potential as responsible citizens.

RCOP serves as a bridge between the University of Tennessee at Martin and the communities we serve. We extend the university’s reach beyond the main campus by connecting working adults, parents, veterans, active military personnel, traditional-aged students, and dual enrollment youth with transformative educational opportunities and resources.
