NURS 351 - Transition to Professional Nursing

A transition course for Registered Nurses taken in place of NURS 305. Expands on nursing content introduced at the technical level to provide the RN with the broader knowledge base required in baccalaureate nursing education. Upon completion with a grade of C or better, students are eligible to apply for proficiency exam credit in NURS 215, NURS 225 and NURS 313.

Prerequisite(s): Licensure as a Registered Nurse or instructor’s approval.
