Topics selected from real gases, the kinetic theory of gases, chemical dynamics, phase and chemical equilibria, introductory thermodynamics of electrochemical systems, and an introduction to statistical mechanics with applications. Same as CHEM 351

Prerequisite(s): PHYS 322 OR both MATH 252 and CHEM 320 with a C or better.
