MKTG 720 - Services Marketing Management

A study of the marketing management process designed to identify both commonalities and distinctive aspects of service and physical product marketing as they affect service marketing strategy development and implementation. Attention is given to the creative balance of all elements of the core and supplemental marketing mix and marketing concepts related to successful marketing of services, including health care and social causes. Extensive case studies and presentations are utilized to illustrate appropriate decision making skills and strategies in a seminar environment.
