BADM 705 - Sales and Marketing Research for the Financial Services Industry

A study of selected topics and their contemporary application primarily within banks and other businesses in the financial services industry. Topics include the selling process and its relationship to buying centers and the buying process, sales orientation, marketing research process, scale design, and survey development. These classic topics are introduced and then discussed within the framework of current events and issues within the financial services industry. The course includes a required “hands-on” research project.
