This course covers communication of business information through written documents, including electronic communication; instruction writing; oral presentation and meeting protocol; nonverbal communication; an introductory job-search unit; and report-writing techniques. All units incorporate proper use of business grammar and APA writing style.

Prerequisite(s): ENGL 112 and junior standing.
