Natural History Minor (6290)


The Minor in Natural History provides experiences in field biology that enhance an individual’s ability to understand and appreciate the diversity of organisms in the natural world.  Emphasis is placed on the characteristics and identification of major groups of organisms and techniques to study them in their native habitats. A minor in Natural History consists of BIOL 130 -BIOL 140 ZOOL 328  (Natural History of Vertebrates), and a minimum of 9 hours selected from the following courses:
