Foreign Language Requirement

Complete foreign language 222. 3 to 9 hours

Most students will complete foreign language 111 or 115, foreign language 122, and foreign language 222 to meet this requirement. Students placing into foreign language 122 or 222 may start in the appropriate course. International students and resident aliens for whom it is determined that English is a second language may satisfy this requirement either by completing 1) foreign language 222 or 2) a 200 level or higher English course with a grade of C or better.

Humanities Requirement (3-6 hours)

Complete 12 hours as specified below. Up to nine hours from the General Education Core for Humanities may be used to satisfy these requirements.

Honors students may use HNRS 101, 102, and 201 to satisfy 9 hours of the requirement and must choose an additional three hours from any of the courses listed below.
