Concepts of precision agriculture and the applications of these technologies to production agriculture. Major topics include: electronic sensors and controllers, variable rate technology, global positioning systems, geographic information systems, yield mapping, and interpretation of data collected with these systems.

Prerequisite(s): AGRI 270  or GEOG 270 .
