AMAE 360 - Manufacturing Leadership

This course introduces the students to qualities that are important to the manufacturing leader such as creating an improvement mission with a team, reinforcing the mission with passion and energy for ongoing improvement, getting employees excited about the journey, motivating the team, best practices for use of industrial and manufacturing quantitative and qualitative data analytics to explain goals to team members, and requesting feedback that helps the leader continuously improve their leadership skills in industrial and manufacturing settings.

Prerequisite(s): Junior standing, and AMAE 285 or AMAE 290; or permission of the instructor.
