CMGT 301 - Construction Law and Contracts

Understand the legal implications of contract, common, and regulatory law to manage a construction project. The course covers different contract methods or arrangements used by the Construction industry to contract and procure construction work. The course introduces students to construction law in support of planning and the execution of construction work. 
 

Prerequisite(s): CMGT 220  or BLAW 301
