Study of technique and repertoire appropriate to the instrument or voice. Students will receive 30 minutes of private instruction per week and are expected to practice at least five hours per week. This course cannot be used to fulfill requirements for a music minor or a music degree; however, it does count toward certain music certificates. May be repeated for credit. Applied music fee required.

Prerequisite: entrance audition and acceptance as a music minor
