Management processes and functions in manufacturing and service organizations. Analysis of organization structure, management practices of planning, controlling, motivation and leadership. Introduction to techniques and tools of decision processes. Students are required to write case reports and give oral presentations.

Prerequisite(s): MATH 110 or higher; ECON 201 or ECON 202; have earned a minimum of sophomore standing.
