Problem-solving strategies. Algorithms for four basic operations, systems of whole numbers and integers. Greatest common factor and least common multiple. Fractions. This is a manipulative and activity-based course.

Prerequisite(s): MATH 100-MATH 110 or MATH 140 or MATH 185 or MATH 251 or ACT math sub-score of 24 or more.
