A historical, theoretical, and practical assessment of development economics at local, regional, national, and international levels. Considers strategic planning, public finance, community resources, workforce, small business, supply chains and industry agglomeration, as well as rural and urban factor analysis. Incorporates quantitative methods of modern economic analysis.  

Prerequisite(s): ECON 201  and ECON 202 .
