MUED 406 - Choral Methods

This course will explore practical and pedagogical techniques to developing and running a choral program in the secondary schools. Issues including literature, rehearsal planning, lesson planning, and program development will be covered. Additionally, broad issues of program management, budgets, library development, and technology tools will be covered. This course includes a minimum of 10 hours of field experience.

Prerequisite(s): MUED 260 , MUED 310  with a grade of C or higher, MUS 453  or MUS 454 .
