CJ 350 - Juvenile Law

This course provides the student with an introduction to the concepts of juvenile law and is a study of the organization, functions, and jurisdiction of juvenile justice agencies. Topics include but are not limited to: the rights and duties of juveniles (i.e. arrest, search and seizure, confessions), juvenile case disposition, juvenile statues and court procedures.
