UT Martin Dining Services - Sodexo is located in the Boling University Center.
All incoming freshmen with 30 earned hours or less who are living in University residential housing are required to purchase a meal plan for each of their first TWO (2) semesters. Transfer students with less than 30 earned credit hours when entering the University are also required to purchase a meal plan for TWO (2) semesters. Freshmen may choose from any plan listed under the Traditional and Freshman Meal Plan Information section with the exception of the Upperclassmen and Commuters Block Meal Plans.

Skyhawk Dining Hall
The Skyhawk Dining Hall provides ‘all you care to eat’ daily meal service featuring a wide variety of fresh food designed to satisfy everyone’s appetite. Finding your favorite foods on campus is easy. We are proud to offer a dining program complete with signature brands and menu selections that include just about every item you can imagine.
The Food Court
The Food Court offers an array of on-the-go dining options, such as Chick-Fil-A, Sandella’s Café, and Mein Bowl, featuring Southern Tsunami Sushi. Check out the menus.
On the Fly
On the Fly is our convenience store that offers groceries, snack items, energy drinks, and other miscellaneous items. Also available are Simply-to-go items that are prepared fresh daily such as: sandwiches, salads, desserts, fresh fruit cups, veggie cups and much more.
Simply To Go
Located in Gooch Hall, Simply-to-go is made for those who don’t have time to stop by the Skyhawk Dining Hall. It offers a variety of gourmet sandwiches, salads, bakery items, yogurt parfaits, vegetable cups, and much more, all prepared fresh daily.
Captain’s Coffee
Captain’s Coffee, located in the Paul Meek Library, proudly serves Starbucks, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, and Teavana teas, both hot and cold. In addition, there is a large selection of pastries that are made fresh daily from the Sodexo bakery.
The Hanger
The Hangar, located in the University Center, proudly serves Starbucks, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, and Teavana teas, both hot and cold. In addition, there is a large selection of pastries that are made fresh daily from the Sodexo bakery.
